Frequently asked questions
+How soon can I book my day?
As soon as we have an available spot. We recommend that you book at least 1 week in advance to prepare all your website content, and other assets.
+What do you need from me before we start?
I’ll need all of your content (images, website copy, etc) before we can start the design process. You can also include any design inspiration you can find. Remember, rather too much than too little! Don’t forget that you need a registered domain and hosting logins too. No worries, I'll guide you through the steps of our Brand Assignment that needs to be submitted one week prior to the start of your design day.
+What's your refund policy?
Due to the nature of this offer we have designed this offer in a way that gives you our undivided attention for the project period. We don’t take on any other work while working on your website, and so your payment secures your slot in our calendar and gives me the freedom to turn down other work. No refunds are available from the time of booking. Additionally, no refunds are considered during or after the project period.
+What if I don't have my pre-work done in time?
Your website cannot be completed without the necessary pre-work. A big part of the efficiency is having all the logins, content, and materials needed ready PRIOR to starting the work. If you are unable to complete your pre-work in time, we are able to reschedule your Design Day week time if needed, with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
+How can I make updates after we're done?
Websites are delivered on Squarespace - meaning you can make updates & changes easily on their platform (whether you are super tech-savvy or not!) PLUS you’ll receive a training video from me to look back on when making edits (or you can reach out to me for my special hourly rate for clients)
